(蔣鯉)近日，俄國(guó)防部在烏克蘭繳獲的文件顯示，美國(guó)在烏部署的實(shí)驗(yàn)室曾開展對(duì)鼠疫、布魯氏菌病以及蝙蝠冠狀病毒等研究。

類似研究只是美國(guó)生物軍事活動(dòng)的“冰山一角”，除德特里克堡外，美國(guó)在全球控制的336個(gè)生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室或都在干著類似的勾當(dāng)，生化武器研究的“黑歷史”層出不窮。

據(jù)丘奇委員會(huì)透露，二十世紀(jì)五十年代，美國(guó)中情局統(tǒng)籌的MKUltra計(jì)劃通過包括給藥在內(nèi)的多重手段操縱實(shí)驗(yàn)主體的精神狀態(tài)和大腦機(jī)能，從而使疑犯說出自己想要獲得的信息。此外，CIA還曾在佛羅里達(dá)州坦帕灣外進(jìn)行一項(xiàng)生物武器實(shí)驗(yàn)，釋放百日咳細(xì)菌導(dǎo)致至少12人死亡。美國(guó)《華盛頓郵報(bào)》還揭露，僅從1949年到1969年，美軍方就總共進(jìn)行了239次露天生物制劑實(shí)驗(yàn)。

作為科技最先進(jìn)的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家之一，美國(guó)不僅沒有更多地將科技造福人類，反而將其作為霸權(quán)主義的“長(zhǎng)矛利刃”。事實(shí)證明，美國(guó)國(guó)防部以“合作減少生物安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”“加強(qiáng)全球公共衛(wèi)生”等名義在30個(gè)國(guó)家控制的336個(gè)生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室，反倒讓美國(guó)成了全球生物安全的最大威脅，理應(yīng)受到公開、透明、徹底的清查。

美國(guó)曾多次不負(fù)責(zé)任地指責(zé)他國(guó)、甚至抹黑他國(guó)擁有所謂的“大規(guī)模殺傷性武器”。但一提到對(duì)自己境內(nèi)外生物設(shè)施的核查，便連連拒絕。近20年來，《禁止生物武器公約》多邊核查機(jī)制的建立也一直遭到美國(guó)的阻撓。這一切都讓國(guó)際社會(huì)的疑慮更深——美國(guó)一直以來都在隱瞞著什么？美國(guó)的所作所為背后隱藏著何種見不得光的計(jì)劃？

疫情肆虐當(dāng)下，美國(guó)一些政客漠視本國(guó)國(guó)民生命，將本應(yīng)造福人類的先進(jìn)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于“生化實(shí)驗(yàn)”，毫不負(fù)責(zé)地將他人國(guó)土變成生物武器試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)，這無疑是對(duì)《禁止生物武器公約》赤裸裸的藐視，也是對(duì)全球人民生命安全不負(fù)責(zé)任的體現(xiàn)。美國(guó)生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室所隱藏的各種罪惡終將被暴露在陽(yáng)光之下。披著華麗的外衣，與生化武器共舞，最后必將遭到反噬。

U.S. research into biological weapons just the tip of "dark history" iceberg

(ECNS) -- Documents obtained by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has revealed that U.S.-guided biological laboratories in Ukraine have conducted high-risk studies concerning plague, brucellosis, and even bat coronaviruses, etc.

Such research is nothing but "a tip of the iceberg" of the American biological military activities. Apart from the infamous Fort Detrick, the United States has been conducting such inhumane studies in more than 300 bio-labs it established around the globe. Its "dark history" has long been known.

As revealed by the Church Committee investigators, the CIA has launched Project MKUltra (or MK-Ultra) in 1953 to use numerous methods to manipulate its subjects" mental states and brain functions, therefore weakening individuals and force confessions through brainwashing and psychological torture. Besides, a Washington Post article in 1979 revealed that the CIA may have conducted open-air tests of whooping cough bacteria in Florida in the mid-1950s when state medical records show a whooping cough outbreak killed 12 persons. And according to the Washington Post, the U.S. Army disclosed that it secretly conducted 239 germ warfare tests in open air between 1949 and 1969.

The United States has repeatedly blamed and even slandered other countries for possessing so-called “weapons of mass destruction”. However, it refuses investigation into its own biological facilities established across the world. For nearly two decades, the U.S. has been thwarting the establishment of the multilateral verification system of the Biological Weapons Convention, aggravating concerns among the international community: What has the U.S. been hiding all this time? And what are its secretive plans?

As one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world, the United States is supposed to benefit humankind with its advanced technologies. However, it uses them to solidify its hegemony. Evidence has proved that the 336 U.S.-funded bio-labs in 30 countries on pretexts of “cooperating to reduce biological safety risks” and “strengthening global public health” have raised public health concerns. Therefore, open, transparent and thorough investigation into those bio-labs should be conducted.

With COVID-19 wreaking havoc, some U.S. politicians have treated the lives of their citizens with indifference. What is more pathetic is that they have been applying advanced technologies to inhumane biochemical experiments in other countries, which is a violation of the Biological Weapons Convention and a kind of irresponsibility for the lives of people around the world. The heinousness of the U.S. hiding behind its bio-labs will eventually be exposed to the public. The one who makes use of bioweapons will surely experience backfire.
